A doula provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support to the birthing person throughout pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum. I facilitate clear communication with your caregivers, ensuring your needs and preferences are respected and supported every step of the way.

A midwife is a medical professional who manages the clinical aspects of your pregnancy and delivery. A doula complements that care by focusing on your comfort, emotional well-being, and advocacy. I work alongside your medical team, never in place of them.

The earlier, the better! Many families reach out in their second trimester, but I’m happy to connect with you at any point in your pregnancy. Even if your due date is approaching, it’s never too late to get support.

Yes! I support families no matter where they choose to deliver. I partner with clients who are choosing to give birth in a safe, supported environment with a qualified medical or birth team in place.

Every woman approaches pregnancy and birth differently, with her own needs, concerns, and hopes. Our time together is dedicated to addressing each of these through thoughtful birth planning and clear communication. If things change during labor, I’m there to support you through whatever unfolds.

Absolutely. I’m not here to replace your partner. I’m here to support both of you. I’ll help your partner feel confident and involved, offering guidance on how they can comfort you and be fully present in the experience.

The package includes an initial consultation, two prenatal visits, continuous labor and delivery support, on-call availability from week 32 onward, and two postpartum visits. You’ll also have text and phone access to me throughout.
